Lead by trusted former coaches and trainers who have used these same techniques, the VertiMax Platform, and the the 12K Gun to yield REAL results.

Description
Our rigorous workouts are geared to produce optimal visible results. Increase your strength, agility, explosive power, and overall shooting giving you the edge necessary to unlock your true potential. Improve in these key areas with our proven VertiMax Program: Vertical power, Horizontal power & agility, core and stability, technique work, lower body control, reaching ability. The Gun 12K is capable of getting up 1,800 shots per hour and will help our trainers teach proper form and maximize repetition at the same time.
Groups will start with 45 minutes of shooting on The Gun 12k perfecting form and getting repetitions in with Coaches. The group will then move to the other side of the gym for a 45 minute Vertimax workout. At that time the next group will come in to train on the Gun 12k.
